Define programme structure, governance, and delivery frameworks, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Ensure cumulative programme milestones, budgets, quality, and benefits are achieved. Provide leadership and direction to Programme Leaders and cross-functional teams. Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Aftermarket, and external partners. Chair programme governance forums, steering groups, and gate review meetings. Produce consolidated programme status reports, KPI dashboards, and risk summaries for Senior Leadership. Manage inter-project dependencies, prioritisation, and resource allocation. Own programme-level risk, issue, and change control processes. Ensure customer and stakeholder requirements are managed consistently across all projects. Support bid, tender, and quotation activities from a programme perspective. Drive resolution of complex technical, commercial, and operational challenges. Oversee benefits tracking and realisation throughout and beyond programme delivery. Conduct programme reviews and ensure lessons learned are embedded into future delivery. Support capability development, mentoring, and performance management of Programme Leaders. Work with strategic purchasing to align supplier capability with programme needs. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, internal governance, and regulatory requirements. The Requirements: HND in Engineering (or equivalent) or Diploma in Manufacturing / engineering Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years working experience as a project manager Experience in resource planning. Demonstratable experience in budget preparation and control. Experience working in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in preparing timelines, managing, and reporting on projects utilising MS Project / Excel.
