Job Summary:
To support the expansion of our Small Works and Maintenance Division. The Maintenance Co Ordinator role is an exciting new position working with the management team in planning, co ordinating and executing Roofing and Building fabric works for various accounts in Property Management & Facilities Management throughout the UK.
This is an exciting and expansive role which requires meticulous attention to detail, creative thinking and thrives on partnership and successful outcomes.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Accepting and logging Reactive works.
* Planning and assigning jobs to engineers.
* Communicate and maintain SLAs with all parties.
* Liaise with clients, providing ETAs and regular status updates.
* Maintain Construct / Service Stream with progress.
* Plan and Maintain labour resource Smartsheets.
* Assist with raising quotes and invoicing.
* Assist with general small works coordination and admin duties.
* Assist with monthly divisional reporting to the business.
Experiences & Qualifications:
* Excellent IT skills in particularly utilising MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, Excel and Word.
* Experience in software packages such as Construct & Smartsheets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Thorough and meticulous person with an eye for detail.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Roofing and Building Maintenance / FM experience.
