Job Description
The successful Head of Sales Operations will:
* Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies.
* Report directly to the CEO.
* Drive productivity through better tools, automation, and processes.
* Collaborate with the sales department to boost sales performance and customer satisfaction.
* Provide sales training to team members, such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, etc
* Look to standardise GTM across the different business regions
* Monitor Marketing activities, ensuring relevance and quality of leads.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of growth strategies.
* Manage resources efficiently to optimise growth and profitability.
* Ensure all business activities align with the company's vision, mission, and values.
The Successful Applicant
As successful Head of Sales Operations, you should have:
* A track record working for a IT B2B SAAS organisations, preferably with an SME client focus
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance.
* Excellent understanding of sales business operations and processes.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Knowledge of different sales methodologies
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
* The ability to travel internationally and their Hertfordshire office
* Ideally a 2nd language in either German or Spanish.
