The business is growing rapidly, with new facilities and machinery creating opportunities to expand their team. The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Toolmaker to support a variety of projects in their busy toolroom. Requirements 5+ years in toolmaking or similar industry. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Safe use of toolroom machinery. Able to read 2D/3D engineering drawings (desirable). Hydraulics and Pneumatics knowledge Forklift licence (desirable). Confident using measuring equipment (verniers, micrometres, gauges, DTIs). Responsibilities Manual grinding, milling and lathe. Fitting inserts and tool halves. Assembly/disassembly of mould tools. Polishing and finishing. Drilling cooling channels.
