Responsibilities
* Oversee services for landscape irrigation, maintenance, and enhancements
* Manage multiple crews ensuring quality work is delivered on time and within budget
* Focus on client communication, crew coordination, and service delivery
* Lead, plan, and work cross-functionally with production teams
* Identify opportunities for operational growth and efficiency
Qualifications
* Experience with P&L management
* Proven track record of identifying efficiencies and growth opportunities
* Experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional work
* Landscape experience is a plus, but not necessary
* Ability to present strategies for increasing profitability and efficiency
