Job Description
* Manage and update official social media platforms and websites
* Copywriting for social media, website, articles
* Brainstorm and propose new promotional strategies to boost brand image and awareness
* Prepare press releases for announcements
* Manage community outreach such as liaising with KOLs and community leaders
* Manage digital promotion such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
* Develop and adapt promotional plans to align with each product release
* Conduct data analysis from social media, surveys, and ad campaigns to optimize performance
Job Requirement
* Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/Communications
* Preferably at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
* Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms
* Willingness to learn in order to boost promotion of the brand and product
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and resolve challenges effectively
* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative independently
* Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Open to work on occasional weekends/public holidays for Company events
* Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
Good to Have
* Familiarity with games, anime, or internet culture is a strong advantage
* Proficiency in Japanese, both written and oral, in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates
