Production Operatives (Temporary)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts
• 06:00 – 14:00/ 14:00 – 22:00
Arbor Forest Products Ltd is currently seeking Production Operatives to join our team on a temporary basis for a 6-month period. This role involves working within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Working under the instruction of the Machinist and Shift Supervisor
* Ticketing and processing customer orders
* Skidding and stacking of packs
* Carrying out daily housekeeping duties
* Operating in-house machinery, including shrink-wrap machines and Forklift Truck (FLT) - if trained
* Reporting maintenance and quality issues as required
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current risk assessments and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Supporting machinery operation during busy periods, including overtime where required
* Providing holiday and sickness cover when necessary

Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (desirable)
* Forklift or counterbalance licence (desirable)
* Basic numeracy and English skills
