The Role
Working as part of a regional legal function, you will partner closely with commercial teams to provide pragmatic, solution-driven legal advice across multiple business divisions. The position is broad in scope and will suit someone who enjoys operating as a trusted adviser rather than a purely technical specialist.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of mid to high-value commercial contracts, including supply, services, IT, marketing, agency, distribution, consultancy, sponsorship and logistics agreement.
