As a Manufacturing Engineer with an electronics focus, you will be leading the development, optimization, and support of production processes. You will act as a technical authority ensuring our products are built efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Designing and improving manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies including PCBAs, wiring, and integration builds
* Creating and validating tooling, fixtures, and test equipment for repeatable, high‑quality production
* Providing daily engineering support on the shop floor, troubleshooting and resolving production issues
* Leading root cause investigations for electronic failures and implementing corrective actions
* Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) by translating designs into scalable manufacturing processes
* Collaborating with design, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure efficient production flow
* Developing and maintaining test strategies including ICT, functional, and end‑of‑line testing
* Driving Lean improvements to enhance quality, safety, cost, and cycle time
Essential Skills
* Strong electronics engineering fundamentals
* Hands‑on troubleshooting and fault diagnosis experience
* Knowledge of PCB assemblies and test methods
* Experience with manufacturing processes and Lean principles
* Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and wiring diagrams
Qualifications
* Have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
* Have experience with electronic systems, testing, and production environments
* Have familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automated systems
* Have experience with PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis
* Have knowledge of ESD controls, IPC standards (e.g., IPC‑A‑610), and best practices in electronics manufacturing
* Have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office tools
