Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Strategist & Lead based in Eaglescliffe. This is a comprehensive, senior-level position requiring a blend of high-level strategy and tactical execution. You will be responsible for:
* Strategic Architecture: Develop full-funnel social strategies that bridge the gap between a client’s operational excellence and their public perception.
* Design & Content Creation: Taking a hands-on approach to production. You must have a sharp eye for design and the technical ability to create high-end visual assets and compelling copy.
* Account Leadership: Managing diverse client accounts, acting as the lead point of contact, and ensuring their vision is translated into measurable momentum.
* Team Collaboration: Working on-site with our driven internal team to ensure every asset we produce reinforces our Market Leader ethos.
* Agency Growth: Contributing directly to the evolution of Digital Design. We want someone who will help us refine our own brand as we scale.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social media marketing or digital strategy.
* Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based at our office in Eaglescliffe. We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in person - remote work will not be considered.
* Mobility: A full UK driving licence is essential for client site visits and regional travel.
* Skillset: A master of both the Why (Strategy) and the How (Design/Execution).
* Mindset: Highly motivated, ambitious, and ready to take ownership of results.
