A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, with a UK-wide presence, is seeking a MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor to support their current Associate Director in London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors role
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an ambitious and rapidly growing London office, founded on strong Quantity Surveying and Project Management principles.
Job application tracking
They will become part of a team of four Quantity Surveyors and will be responsible for leading multiple projects, mentoring and supporting Assistant Quantity Surveyors, and assisting the Associate Director with client engagement and the day-to-day operations of the QS division.
Project work will include a mix of new build and refurbishment schemes across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare (on an ad hoc basis), residential, sports facilities, education, and more.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
* MRICS
* Will consider any QS from project to associate level
* Any EA or PM experience would be a plus
* Excellent QS Consultancy / PQS experience within the UK
* Strong pre and post contract
* A successful track record of managing multiple projects
* Happy to manage and mentor others
* Client facing
