Our client is a specialist Company providing important services to their clients. They have grown rapidly since 2015 and are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our Outbound Sales team.
Hours: (BASED IN THE NICE NEW OFFICE IN KNUTSFORD)
Usually - Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
One week in every 4 weeks you would do : Mon – Thurs 12 – 8pm, Fri 10 – 6pm
Saturdays – to work 1 sat every 3 weeks in return for a day in lieu or the extra money.
Achieve department sales conversion targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
Sale calls to be made in line with the Company’s process and FCA regulations.
Possess a professional telephone manner with proven experience. Have excellent listening and communication skills to be able to answer customer questions, deliver outstanding Customer care; Be results driven with ability to achieve work towards KPI’s set on production, quality and customer service skills.
computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.
Act in a manner that ensures the Customer receives a positive experience of the Company.
Telephone sales experience (preferred minimum of 1 year)
