The responsibilities include:
* Managing email inboxes and scheduling meetings.
* Organizing travel arrangements and liaising with clients.
* Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
* Preparing reports, documents, presentations, and correspondence.
* Handling telephone communications and messages.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience as a personal assistant or administrator, preferably in property.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Willingness to work in-office five days a week and support other areas as needed.
