About the Role
This is a hands-on sales role where cold calling and self-generated leads are key. You’ll be responsible for sourcing your own opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and managing customer expectations throughout the sales process.
What You’ll Do
* Proactively generate new business through cold calling and networking
* Source and secure your own property leads
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Manage customer expectations clearly and professionally from start to finish
* Identify opportunities and confidently present tailored sales solutions
* Negotiate and close deals to consistently exceed targets
* Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
* Use CRM and IT systems to manage leads, track performance, and report results
* Collaborate with a high-performing, target-driven sales team
What We Need From You
* Proven sales experience ( and face-to-face) – closers only
* Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
* Ability to generate and manage your own leads
* A strong network you can leverage to bring in property to let
* Relentless drive, resilience, and a winning mindset
* Full UK driving licence and your own car (essential – please don’t apply without this)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Strong time management and self-motivation
* Comfortable using CRM and sales tracking tools
* A customer-first attitude with a results-focused approach
