Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new digital solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Support and maintain existing servers and storage
- Monitor performance of the estate to identify and correct potential issues
- Provide expert technical advice and operational support on digital platform matters across the organisation, including risk assessments, threat mitigation, and incident response
- Work closely with other Digital Services teams to support the digital strategy, implement solutions, and monitor and maintain the digital environment
Qualifications
- Experience working in a high‑pressured NHS IT service environment
- Ability to communicate with confidence to staff and customers at all levels
