Role Purpose
We are seeking a talented and commercially minded Corporate Tax Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
You will work closely with our Corporate, Private Client and Real Estate teams, advising on a wide range of tax matters including corporate transactions, restructuring, property deals, and employee incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses.
Provide expert tax advice on corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, and reorganisations.
Advise on property-related tax issues including SDLT, VAT, and capital allowances.
Support clients with employee share schemes and incentive arrangements.
Liaise with HMRC and other professional advisors as needed.
Person Specification
Commercial awareness and ability to deliver practical, solution-focused advice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to client service and business development.
Experience working collaboratively across departments.
Technical Knowledge
CTA qualified with strong technical knowledge across a broad range of UK tax matters.
