Job Description
1. Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for the business
2. Support gym teams with remote troubleshooting and training
3. Reviewing, managing and taking action to resolve tickets raised through our HALO system
4. Identify pain points and report to the Systems and Data manager along with any solutions
5. Update basic knowledge articles and training materials for our gym & central teams
6. Provide reporting and data for various departments within the central team
7. Testing system issues and liaising with third party support teams to resolve
8. Supporting department heads with recovery of monies owed
9. Working reactively on ad-hoc Systems & Data related tasks as required by the Systems & Data Manager

20. Experience of Leisure Management Systems (desirable)
