Fulltime – permanent Monday – Friday. Pyramid Plus is a dynamic joint venture between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, compliance, planned replacements, and fire risk assessment works. Serving over 23,500 homes, we complete more than 38,000 repairs, 1,000 void refurbishments, and install 600 kitchens and bathrooms each year. With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth. This role offers the opportunity to be a key member of the senior management team, driving the successful delivery of our planning and customer service functions at the heart of our operations.

Voids Manager
Location: Ealing
Salary: £63,000 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Contract: Fulltime – permanent
Responsibilities
* Management of all aspects of operational and commercial delivery, overall contract performance in line with contractual commitments and agreed company & client protocols. Managing works to programme time frames, producing project documentation and reporting.
* Ensure compliance and adherence to health & safety regulations, Mears standard operating procedures, Mears values and quality assurance accreditations. Demonstrate, maintain and monitor the company’s commitment to best practice with legislation, codes of practice & good working practices relevant to all work activities.
* End-to-end management of capital works and high-risk properties across a range of occupied homes.
* Line management of supervisors, including performance reviews, one-to-ones, and daily briefings.
* Oversight of KPIs, reporting, and service delivery standards.
* Handling client queries and managing resident complaints effectively.
* Supporting and engaging operatives and branch teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications / What we’re looking for
* Experience in managing a Voids contract within the social housing sector.
* Experience in budget management.
* Experience in performance reporting.
* Experience in people management.
* Ability to provide evidence of contract performance and efficiency.
* Working technical knowledge of social housing repairs and maintenance.
* Full valid driving licence.
