Job Summary As Route to Market (RTM) Global Marketing Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and driving the long-term success of Asmodee’s strategic game ranges. In close collaboration with the Route to Market Strategic Marketing Director, you will lead the lifecycle management, marketing activation, and brand positioning of key IPs within our global portfolio. Your mission is to ensure our best-performing games thrive across markets and channels, in alignment with commercial and studio strategies. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends strategic thinking, creative brand development, and operational excellence. What does this role involve Brand Strategy & Lifecycle Management Define the brand vision, positioning, and roadmap for key IPs. Lead full product lifecycle management: launch, growth, relaunch, or phase-out planning. Monitor brand performance and consumer KPIs to make data-driven decisions. Contribute to business cases and P&Ls, supporting sustainable growth across global markets. Marketing & Campaign Activation In collaboration with the Studios and the DUs, co-build and roll out global 360° marketing plans across multiple channels BtoB : retail messaging, e-commerce, mass market BtoC: traditional media, trade, digital, influencer, event Collaborate with creative and studio teams to develop impactful marketing assets Support DUs in tailoring campaign activations while maintaining brand consistency Cross-functional Project Management Be the main Central point of contact for internal stakeholders: studios, sales, publishing manager, marketing, finance, and creative teams Lead transversal RTM brand initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions and timelines Track execution and performance of marketing programs with key DUs Share best practices, insights, and activation results across regions Strategic Support to RTM Director Assist the Marketing RTM Director with cross-brand tools and team rituals. May take full ownership of select international markets, depending on profile and growth trajectory. What we are looking for 5 years’ experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in Toys, Boardgames or Entertainment. Proven track record in strategic brand planning and product lifecycle management Strong business analytical mindset (NPD, KPIs, ROI) Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills. Autonomous, collaborative, and consumer-obsessed mindset. Fully fluent in English Passion for the board game industry is essential but not crucial.
