To provide a safe, hygienic, nutritious and timely food service for patients / staff in the restaurant. The postholder will assist in the delivery of a high standard of food service, which meets the requirements of food hygiene legislation, Trust Food Safety Policy and national standards as dictated by the government's national plan.
Main duties of the job
The Catering Service must function within Trust/HIF Catering policies and procedures and to strict legal requirements whilst maintaining and improving quality of service. As part of the Catering Team, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused service in a variety of areas.
