Location: London or Reading + *Hybrid working

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Three benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Job Description

Be a part of our Consumer team where creating and developing products, services and propositions is at the forefront. From the way we interact with our customers, to how we communicate in our campaigns and create data-driven propositions, this is where some of our best ideas are brought to life.

Do you have a keen eye for branding and typography? Do you love bringing it to life across multiple touchpoints and opportunities? Are you bursting with visual ideas, and are keen grow and develop your craft?

If so, you are exactly who we are looking for.

We are searching for a talented individual with a passion for branding and typography to join our in-house design agency team. As a multi-disciplinary designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including branding, packaging, environmental, digital, and social. You'll be collaborating with a close-knit group of designers, animators, art directors, and copywriters to produce high-quality conceptual visual solutions that drive brand awareness and customer reach.

Responsibilities

* As a successful candidate, you will collaborate with the wider design and creative teams to create category-leading design solutions, from brief to delivery.
* Help refine and define our brand identity across digital, in-store channels, and internal communications.
* Be consistently innovative and creative with your approach to design and have strong visual ideas routed in concepts.
* Ensure and maintain a high visual level of quality and attention to detail across all output.
* Keep an eye on emerging design trends to inform and inspire the your work.


Qualifications

* We are looking for a junior/mid-level applicant with 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
* Proficiency in relevant creative suite programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch/Figma is required, and any 3D or motion experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, and a general skill level of Microsoft office software is preferred.
* Being personable and positive is also important to us, as we are close-knit and value radiators over drains.
