Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong client relationships? We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our client's team and take ownership of key client accounts, drive new business, and help deliver industry-leading signage solutions across the UK.

Responsibilities
* Key Account Management - Build and maintain trusted relationships with major clients
* Business Development - Identify growth opportunities and win new business
* Customer Relationships - Be the go-to contact for client needs, concerns, and feedback
* Sales & Negotiation - Lead proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
* Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with design, production & installation teams
* Reporting & Analysis - Track KPIs, sales forecasts, and business insights
* Project Oversight - Manage full project lifecycle from concept to installation
* Market Research - Stay ahead of trends and competitors
* Team Support - Mentor junior account managers and lead quarterly reviews
What We're Looking For
* Education in business, marketing or related field
* 5+ years of B2B sales/account management experience within the signage industry
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Proven project management ability
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in CRM systems (Clarity preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
