Your new role
As Fleet Administrator, you'll play a key role in managing vehicle logistics and supporting drivers across the UK. Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating vehicle deliveries and de-fleets
* Managing fuel cards, toll systems, and mileage capture
* Handling short/medium-term vehicle hire
* Maintaining accurate fleet records
* Supporting drivers with queries and ensuring compliance
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in fleet administration (ideally with large fleets)
* Knowledge of MOTs, servicing, and fleet legislation
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Confidence with numbers and attention to detail
