Overview
De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor are recruiting for an Assistant Night Manager to join the team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the nightly hotel operation to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, and maintaining our high standards of service. The role covers the hours of 10:30pm to 7:00am, 5 nights out of 7 each week. Salary: £28,000 per annum plus benefits.
In return this role offers £28,000 per annum plus excellent benefits including free use of leisure facilities, meals on duty, an annual complimentary 2 night stay with dinner at a De Vere Hotel plus additional stays for only £50 and a paid day off your birthday in addition to your holidays.
Responsibilities
* Look after our guests and the Hotel during the night shift between 10:30pm and 7:00am, 5 nights out of 7.
* Complete the night audit, check guests in and out as required, and perform hotel walkarounds to ensure security and safety.
* Deal with any issues or complaints occurring overnight.
* Be on duty with at least one other member of the nights team; events team members may be on site until the early hours for weddings/events.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience of working during night hours and willingness to suit this lifestyle.
* Hospitality experience or experience in a guest-focused service role.
* Enjoy talking to people and delivering high standards of service.
* Confidence working at night in a large hotel with one other colleague and taking responsibility for guests’ health and safety.
