The role:
1. Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers, registering enquiries and arranging appointments to view properties.
2. Carrying out vendor marketing updates as directed.
3. Negotiating offers under the direction of the Sales Manager.
4. Sales progression, liaising with solicitors and other agents as required and keeping all parties well informed.
5. Working as part of the Sales team and covering other negotiators if required
6. Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team.
The successful candidate:
7. Ideally have a minimum of 3 years previous Estate Agency experience, in a sales negotiation role
8. Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
9. Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
10. Display high standards of service and presentation
11. Have good organisational and communication skills
12. Be a vehicle owner with a full driving licence (insured for business use)
