This role will be within our Metering team, where you’ll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, offering efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity, and water meters.

What will you be doing?
As an engineer, you will be part of our Metering team providing services such as smart installations, investigating non-communicating smart meters, and emergency and maintenance appointments on behalf of clients like EON, OVO, and EDF. Do you enjoy working independently, communicating with customers, and meeting new people?
Customer service is our top priority. You’ll ensure all jobs are completed on time, providing customers with explanations of the benefits and safe use of their new meters. You’ll also respond to emergencies, restoring power or gas when needed. Do you enjoy helping people and making a difference?

Health and safety are at the core of everything we do. You’ll undergo comprehensive onboarding and additional training to ensure you’re well-prepared and knowledgeable about safety standards.

What you’ll bring
- Valid UK driving licence
- Held your licence for at least 1 year with fewer than 6 points
- Experience with CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3, or an NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering Dual Fuel
- Experience installing gas and electric smart meters
- Previous MOCOPA experience is desirable
Qualifications like REGT1, 3-phase, CT are a plus but not required.
