Key Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating referrals into the detox service
* Liaising with commissioners, clinicians, external agencies, and families
* Ensuring referrals are processed accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining clear, confidential records in line with GDPR requirements
* Supporting admissions planning and bed management
* Providing professional communication across multidisciplinary teams
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience within drug and alcohol services
* Experience in referrals, admissions, or care coordination
* Strong administrative and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* Right to work in the UK
