SGS College is seeking an exceptional Vice Principal to lead the shaping of an ambitious, future-focused and inclusive curriculum that will ensure our students are ready for the world of work, further study and life. Our new strategy sets a clear ambition for the College and this role will lead the delivery of our Readiness outcome – one of our four key strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of the Readiness outcome and shape an ambitious, future-focused, and inclusive curriculum. Drive innovation across the curriculum, working closely with employers and communities to ensure the learning delivered equips students for success beyond technical qualifications.
Qualifications
Significant senior experience in an FE College or post‑16 education setting with a proven track record of building transformative curriculum. Demonstrated desire to positively impact the 10,000+ students and wide communities served, and capacity to work collaboratively across a large organisation.
