Key Responsibilities include: Assist in managing a portfolio of Digital Mentoring client accounts Deliver Digital Marketing mentoring sessions for your assigned clients Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for your assigned clients throughout their mentoring programme Complete mentoring paperwork as required by the relevant programme, on time and to the required quality standard To produce inspiring and creative work that tells a compelling story and delivers exciting results Work should be original, shareable and highly engaging across a variety of media platforms Create and maintain relevant and engaging Content and Digital Marketing Training for clients, ProfileTree and internal brands Ensure that all work is created with the required target audience in mind, completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards Essential Requirements Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role Passion for excellent customer service Passion for digital and/or marketing Excellent communication skills Strong time management skills Benefits 33 days’ annual leave (pro-rata) Additional day’s annual leave for each year of service (uncapped) Hybrid role Staff development Regular team events and activities To Apply: Complete this application process Please note that applications will be shortlisted as they arrive and these vacancies will only remain open until such times as all successful candidates are appointed.
