Customer Support Specialist German Speaking
Our client is a fast-growing health and well-being service seeking a dedicated customer service associate. You will support customers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing effective solutions to ensure a high-quality customer journey.
Responsibilities
* Answer customer queries via phone and email using ticket management software, adhering to company policies and SLAs.
* Process orders through various channels such as Quick Order, Web Order, Fax, using in-house systems.
* Resolve routine and complex inquiries promptly, escalating as necessary.
* Make outbound calls to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
* Build relationships with new and existing customers to enhance retention.
* Maintain a proactive, flexible, and positive approach in customer interactions.
* Strive for high customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
Requirements
* Fluent in German and English.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle multiple channels and inquiries efficiently.
Additional Details
Location: Remote (with one day/month in Cambridge office)
Salary: £26,500 - £26,575 (dependent on shifts)
Schedule: 5-week rotational shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 7am-8pm, 37.5 hours/week
Training: 4-week program, weeks 1 and 3 in Cambridge (expenses paid)
