We’re looking for a results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join and lead our USA Influencer Team. This role is at the intersection of sales and influencer marketing, where your primary task will be to drive business growth by sourcing and delivering campaigns with creators across different platforms. This is a great opportunity to take responsibility and push your initiatives in a high-growth environment. We are looking for a self-starter who can juggle tasks and drive results to ensure Wild is generating strong social awareness and ROI.
Please note this is a junior/entry-level role and is based in our London Headquarters.
Some of your responsibilities include:
* Help drive our creator marketing strategy and execution across social channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Podcasts.
* Build a pipeline of influencers in the US to ensure Wild reaches new audiences and customers at a positive ROI.
* Own budgets, creator relationships, and performance, working towards revenue targets.
* Handle outreach, campaign planning, and ensure quality content delivery from talent partners.
* Track progress and results, using data to optimise strategies.
* Establish new marketing channels to drive online sales and diversify marketing efforts.
* Support other growth initiatives as needed.

* Strong knowledge of the US social media landscape.
* Experience in sales, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
* Resilient, results-focused, and data-driven, as this is primarily a sales role.
* Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and handle various tasks.
* Good understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and the digital landscape in the US.
* Confident in expressing opinions.
* Interest in sales, e-commerce, online marketing, and sustainability. Knowledge of influential US creators.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with energetic presence.
* Motivated to exceed sales targets and work independently.
* Passion for the planet and sustainability.
