Management Accountant – Recruitment Industry
📍 Location: City of London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
💰 Salary: Up to £45,000 base + 10% bonus + study support

They are a growing recruitment business based in the City of London, committed to providing expert hiring solutions across multiple sectors. As the company expands, they are seeking a Management Accountant to take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, ensuring robust financial management and strategic decision-making.
The Role:
As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in their finance team, responsible for preparing financial reports, overseeing budgeting, and supporting commercial growth through financial analysis. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations, helping drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Financial Analysis: Deliver in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making.
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, tracking financial performance.
* Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying trends and opportunities.
* Process Improvement: Support efficiency initiatives within financial reporting and controls.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, providing financial insights.
* Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices.
* Study Support: Leverage study support for continued professional development (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
What They’re Looking For:
✅ Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with study support available.
✅ Previous experience in a management accounting role, ideally within the recruitment or service sector.
✅ Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.
✅ Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data.
