A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to commence a new role in Bristol.
This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a £150M new build element of the scheme, with the end product being Student Accommodation.
The role will involve managing the Commercial elements of an £8M package of works, whilst reporting into a Commercial Lead.
