Job Description
As a Care Professional, you’ll support older adults to remain independent and happy in the place they love most — their own home. Your varied, rewarding responsibilities may include:
* Companionship – offering emotional support, conversation, and company
* Personal care – assisting with bathing, dressing, or hygiene in a dignified way
* Medication support – prompting or helping with prescribed medication
* Meal preparation – encouraging healthy eating with simple, nutritious meals
* Light housekeeping – keeping the home safe, tidy, and comfortable
* Mobility support – helping with movement or accompanying walks and gentle activity
* Errands and transport – driving clients to appointments, shops, or social visits
All visits are a minimum of one hour, allowing you the time to build real relationships and deliver truly personal care — never rushed.

* Minimum 1-hour visits – time to care properly
* Regular clients and hours – build lasting, meaningful relationships
* Flexible working – part-time hours tailored around you
* Mileage paid – we value your time and travel
* Blue Light Card eligibility – access to national discounts
