Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced and reliable CSCS Groundworker to join a long-term, high-profile construction project based at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton.

🔐 Important Site Requirement

Due to the secure nature of this project, all applicants must be able to provide a minimum of 3 years’ continuous employment history to gain site access.

💼 Your Role

As a Groundworker, you’ll be an essential part of the site team, responsible for:

* Carrying out general groundworks including drainage, kerbing, ducting, and excavation

* Assisting with site preparation and finishing works

* Operating tools and small plant safely and efficiently

* Supporting other trades and site teams as required

* Following instructions from supervisors and site management

* Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety on site

* Ensuring work is completed to programme and specification

* Keeping the work area safe, clean, and organised

✅ What We’re Looking For

* CSCS Card (essential)

* Proven experience in groundworks

* Good understanding of site Health & Safety

* Ability to work well within a team

* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

* Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines

* 3 years’ employment history (required for site access)
