Overview
We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our land & planning team to support land acquisitions and planning applications. Reporting to the Land & Planning Director, your primary responsibilities will include providing high-quality administrative support to the planning team and assisting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update office systems
* Coordinate tendering and appointment of consultants
* Issue terms of engagement
* Process and validate invoices and payment requests
* Assist with budgets and KPIs
* Prepare management reports in liaison with the Land & Planning Director
Candidate Requirements
* Professional approach
* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
* Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Flexible and adaptable
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Experience in planning sector or housing industry is advantageous
* Own transport is essential
