Ensuring all actions are logged and managed via the IT helpdesk visiting customer sites to complete IT service requests. System monitoring, error logging, fault-tracking IT incident management to ensure maximum service availability. IT asset tracking, service provisioning managing IT accounts for new starters/leavers. Technical Environment: Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, Office 365, RRAS basic understanding of Networks.
