We are delighted to be supporting a values-led organisation in their search for a part time HR Advisor. This is a permanent opportunity, working 26 hours per week (3 or 4 days), with one working day required to be Monday. The role offers hybrid working, with office attendance varying each week depending on business and team needs. The Role As HR Advisor, you will provide professional, pragmatic advice and support to managers and colleagues across a broad range of HR activity. You’ll play a key role in employee relations, coaching managers through casework and ensuring best practice. Alongside this, you’ll support the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, family leave, flexible working, and learning and development. You’ll also contribute to HR projects, policy updates, data reporting, and initiatives that improve colleague engagement and wellbeing.
