The Analyst/Sr. Analyst is accountable to provide analytical, administrative, and operational support for project teams and the Resonance business. The Analyst/Sr. Analyst works with Project Leads and Project Managers to support client-facing work and with Resonance leadership on internal projects and firm-building activities.
Role is fully remote. Candidate must be domiciled in the US.
Responsibilities
* Conduct analyses and draft deliverables under guidance from manager
* Contribute to problem solving and developing recommendations
* Manage all project admin, including meeting notetaking, vendor payments, invoice processing, etc.
* Maintain project and budget trackers
* Provide support for proposal and concept note development in partnership with consultants and managers
Experience
* 0-3+ years of experience
* Systems thinking and root cause analysis
* Stakeholder mapping and engagement strategy
* Data visualization and storytelling
* Adaptability / Flexibility / Ambiguity
* Able to work independently to meet deadlines

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, economics, or related discipline
* 0 – 3 years of experience working in a business or nonprofit environment
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), and AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT)
* Able to work in the US without sponsorship
