The Client:
A boutique investment firm based in South Kensington. This is a French-speaking position that supports the managing partner, and will require a mix of business and personal duties.
The French-speaking Executive Assistant Position:
This position predominantly supports the Managing Partner. Executive Assistant responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Proactive diary management and coordination of meetings across multiple time zones.
* Arranging complex international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
* The ability to conduct business in both French and English.
* Providing personal assistant support as required.
* Providing flexible support with additional tasks as required.
