About the role:
As Head of Credit and Collections, you'll lead one of Onecom's most critical functions—driving cashflow performance, reducing financial risk, and steering a major digital transformation that will redefine how we operate. This is a role for a strategic, people‑focused leader who can turn executive vision into practical execution, champion new technologies such as Collection AI, and build a high‑performing, customer‑centric culture. You'll shape the future of our credit, collections and fraud‑prevention capabilities while empowering a skilled team to deliver exceptional results.

* Demonstrable background in customer fraud management within credit and collections

Key responsibilities:
* Define, develop and execute the overall Credit and Collections strategy
* Lead transformation initiatives, including new operating models and Collection AI implementation
* Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality and performance
* Use data and metrics to track, evaluate and communicate service and financial impact, keeping ELT informed
* Plan and deliver strategic initiatives aligned with business goals
* Support integration of Collection Management Systems with ERP, CRM and fraud‑detection platforms
* Own the strategy and implementation of customer fraud‑prevention controls
* Maintain deep understanding of the end‑to‑end customer journey and commercial touchpoints
* Oversee effective debt collection operations, including new account review and credit limit setting
* Lead, mentor and motivate the Credit & Collections team to drive performance and innovation
* Act as a key link between executives, operational teams and end‑users to ensure alignment and clarity
