* Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies.

* Lead the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A recognised qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* Solid knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards.
* Proven experience in financial management within a similar industry.
* Experience of internal control.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Excel
* The ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
