As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for general query management while also assisting with the account opening process for clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing team and to have a genuine impact on the processes and systems put in place.
Assisting clients with day-to-day
Involvement in various aspects of the client journey and assisting with the the account opening process
Responsible for providing a best in class service to new and existing clients
Respond to client queries within agreed SLAs, to ensure monthly targets are met
Build internal and external relationships to help drive client efficiency
Actively identify opportunities for clients to support their servicing needs
Identify system and process improvements and raise these for consideration
Build in-depth knowledge of various business
