We are looking for a passionate and community-focused individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Officer, helping to make archive collections more accessible and engaging for people living with sight loss. Employed by the Beacon Centre and seconded to work with Wolverhampton City Archives you will play a central role in researching archive materials, delivering accessible workshops, and developing inclusive educational resources.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in community engagement, education, or heritage—particularly those with experience or interest in working with blind and partially sighted communities.
