If so, we need you to help us support homeless adults in our LHRSP Hostel Pathways Centre service in Lincoln.As a Support Worker you will be the lifeline of our hostel service, where every day will be different, both challenging and rewarding. You will work with Service Users, empowering them to move on to live independently. No experience needed; we provide full training. Above all, we want your attitude, personal qualities, transferrable skills and willingness to be a part of our hard working and determined team.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provide face to face & one to one, informal support, dealing with a wide range of individual needs.
2. Respect the rights and responsibilities of Service Users.
3. Advise Service Users to make informed decisions and choices.
