We are looking for a Senior Mobile Workplace Facilities Coordinator to be the customer-facing representative for our services. The role involves acting as a single point of contact for facilities services, enhancing the customer experience by building strong relationships with occupants and exceeding their expectations daily.
As a Mobile Senior Facilities Coordinator, you will set high standards across your area and share best practices with the team to ensure excellent service delivery. You will work in a team that communicates effectively and keeps each other updated on all business areas.
You will ensure a tidy appearance across the floor, including desks, collaboration spaces, and break areas, reporting issues to floor leads or the client. You will be the first point of contact for FM-related issues, logging calls for building occupants and directing them appropriately. Regular communication with Floor Leads and managing work orders are essential responsibilities.
You will have a visible presence on the floor, proactively checking shared areas and assisting occupants. During fire emergencies, you will play an active role in line with building procedures.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a customer service environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience with CAFM systems and a flexible, problem-solving approach are required. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, are essential. A valid Health and Safety qualification such as IOSH is desirable.
