Providing great customer service to new and existing customers over the phone, so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus a positive attitude is a must. Processing correspondence, renewals activity and new business quotations with thorough attention to detail, maintaining a high level of accuracy. Meeting commercial and team targets and KPI’s by maximising business and service opportunities. You will need to enjoy working in a fast-paced team.
