Salary – 38k+ (50k OTE with overtime and production bonus)

Overview
A market‑leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for its heavy industry manufacturing facility in Wednesbury. This role focuses on preventative maintenance and breakdown management within a skilled engineering team. Everyday tasks vary, requiring strong prioritisation to ensure smooth factory operations.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team of engineers focusing on preventative maintenance and breakdowns.
- Prioritise daily tasks to support continuous factory operations.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and assist in pre‑planned maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
Non‑negotiable Requirements:
- Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Electrical bias and skills handling electrical breakdowns.
- Experience with pre‑planned preventive maintenance.
Desirable Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
- Electrical qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2/3.
