Responsibilities: Administer and configure the Property Management System (PMS), ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and ease of use. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Manage integrations with third-party tools such as finance, guest communications, and channel management. Support onboarding of new properties, units, users, and workflows. Collaborate with the Chief Digital Officer on system enhancements and optimisation. Provide first-line and second-line support across TCHPs digital ecosystem, including Slack, Teams, and other tools. Maintain user accounts, permissions, and compliance across systems. Assist in implementing new applications and upgrades. Support process documentation and standard operating procedures. Work with Operations, Guest Services, Finance, and Sales to improve system usage. Build reports, dashboards, and data extracts as required. Identify opportunities for automation, improved workflows, and time-saving across the business.
