This role provides meaningful exposure to both commercial property work and charity property matters, making it an excellent next step for someone looking to develop their expertise within a values‑led firm.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues, is confident managing property matters, and is motivated to deliver high‑quality legal advice as part of a nationally recognised team.
You’ll play an important role within the Real Estate team, working alongside experienced specialists across the firm, with guidance available on more complex matters. Based in either our Bath or Birmingham office, the role also offers hybrid working and excellent support as you develop your career at Stone King.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing your own caseload of property matters, with appropriate supervision on more complex transactions.
* Advising clients and attending meetings in‑office or at client sites where required.
* Delivering high‑quality legal work in line with the firm’s procedures, standards and core values.
* Working in a collegiate and collaborative way within the Real Estate team and wider firm.
* Communicating clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
* Actively maintaining your continuing professional development and broadening your knowledge of property law.
* Attending and contributing to team meetings.
* Supporting marketing and business development activities, including events and client engagement.
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in property work.
* Experience handling straightforward property transactions with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
* High attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach.
* Confidence to take responsibility for your work and hit the ground running.
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
* Experience in commercial property.
* Exposure to charity or public sector property work.
* Experience working within a professional services or law firm environment.
